#2 What do they need + What do you have: How do you bring those things together? There’s a problem your customer has that they want to get ride of and there’s a solution they want they don’t have yet (and you offer it - win/win)
#3 Trust: Whenever they have a need (buying, hiring you, etc.) or whenever they have a problem, you are the first person they think of and contact. When they have a problem to solve, they rely on you and reach out to you without hesitation. That's when you know you have their trust.
